Me
I am a professionally qualified bodyworker based in central London, with a strong focus on somatic awareness, anatomical mapping and nervous system regulation. My work centres on relieving pain and tension while helping clients understand how their body functions as an integrated system.
My practice is informed by my background in personal training and clinical mental health counselling. I have extensive experience in the NHS as a mental health practitioner working with patients in crisis, as well as privately training clients through tailored strength and mobility work. I have postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and mental health counselling. I have also led mindfulness groups and taught meditation.
This work reflects my long-standing interest in both inner and physical life: how people experience their bodies, how strain and tension develop, and how attentive practice supports lasting physical and emotional balance.
My practice brings these strands together in a grounded and professional way, with an emphasis on presence, care, and responsibility.
How I Work
I offer bodywork focused on somatic processing, tension relief, and nervous system regulation. I work with the body as a whole, connecting areas of discomfort to the wider physical and somatic patterns that contribute to them.
Sessions are guided by anatomical knowledge and close attunement to what is happening in the body. Pressure is applied carefully and deliberately, often working at the fascial level, allowing tissue to respond and the nervous system to settle.
I help clients recognise where they are holding tension and how compensatory movement and postural patterns are shaping their discomfort. I also provide clear guidance for maintaining balance outside the treatment room.
My work suits people who value bodywork that works at both the physical and somatic level. Many clients attend regularly to maintain physical and emotional wellness within the demands of contemporary life.
